Hadis from Iran
My name is Hadis Aghili and I am thirty years old. I born and grew up in Tehran, Iran and currently I am studying Persian Literature at Payame Noor University of Karaj.
My first contact with Fibromatosis tumor was on my right leg’s groin as a four years old girl. With several surgeries and radiotherapy sessions during years, the tumor has been taken out, but after a few months it emerged again and grew up at the bottom of my right foot.
After a heavy surgery at the age of sixteen, I obliged to do surgery and radiotherapy at the same time. Due to these actions and the lasting growth of tumor in my right leg, lymphatic vessels got blocked and prevent the complete removal of lymphatic fluid from my leg.
As a result, secondary lymphedema emerged in my leg and rapidly deformed the leg. My foot size also enlarged to the stage number four. This tumor’s deformation now latched the leg’s ligaments and prevents the knee to bend.
The aforesaid issue affected me in both physical and mental aspects and I gained extra weight. Considering the mutation limitation, burning this extra fat is not an easy task for me. And in terms of social and personal conditions also, I face a lot of difficulties and limitations that I constantly struggle with.
For years, I used varicose linen socks, because the traditional sock models were not fit my size. Various medical commissions were stablished to aid with my condition which final diagnose was the using of a bandage remedy.
Now it`s been a while since I started the bandage remedy (CDT), and in contrast to high costs of lymphatic medicines and its medical applications, the bandage treatment process is hopefully going well.
